Shipping Policy

Adult Signature Required

All deliveries of alcohol require an adult signature. The recipient must be 18 or over and able to provide proof of age if requested. If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Delivery Options

Scottish Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas

Deliveries to the following postcode areas are subject to a surcharge and extended delivery times:

• Scottish Highlands: IV, KW (excluding KW15–KW17), PH19–PH26, PH30–PH41, PH49–PH50, FK19–FK21
• Scottish Islands: HS, IV41–IV56, KA27–KA28, KW15–KW17, PA20–PA78, PH42–PH44, ZE
• Northern Ireland: BT
• Channel Islands and Isle of Man: GY, JE, IM

We will contact you if additional charges apply to your postcode before processing your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to offer EU and international delivery in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@gaugersshare.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all packaging and take photographs of any damage.
