Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened — bottles must be in their original sealed condition.
- In its original packaging, including any gift box or flight pack box.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed bottles.
How to Return
- Notify us: Email info@gaugersshare.com within the 14-day cancellation period, stating your order number and that you wish to return the item.
- Pack securely: Re-pack the item carefully. Bottles are fragile. We recommend using the original packaging. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging during return transit.
- Return postage: Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Return address: We will provide the returns address in our reply to your cancellation email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery charge. We will not refund any premium delivery charge (e.g. express delivery).
Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@gaugersshare.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of the item and packaging. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery — this does not apply to sealed bottles of spirits.
- Items that have been personalised or engraved.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.
